update from lilacsims
I
thought i should come post something on the front page as someone has
been spreading rumours that lilacsims is closing!I'm NOT closing
lilacsims!
I
have been really ill and I have been told to not get all stressed or
upset and to be quite honest i was stressing out about sims ALOT!
I
know some of you already know i have had some ongoing health problems
with my walking and also some unknown health issues for which the
doctors are still testing for. I 'm being tested for everything going!
I also thought i would let you know what i feel like nearly every
single day, so i could give you and idea of what i'm going through.
I
Feel like i haven't slept, haven't ate, I suffer from headaches, bad
skin, my hair falling out, stiff joints, bad eyes,the list goes on....
and these are just physical symptoms they have nothing to do with the
reason i'm not simming much lately.
I have
been suffering from a burn out and have been told to stop stressing
myself out and to relax more. For those of you who don't really know
much about it or want to find out about the symptoms

As you
can see i suspect alot of my symptoms are down to this burn out.
Please don't bother poor mmarie with messages, she only knows what i
tell her, and what i'm know telling you now. I'm not closing lilacsims
,BUT i know i need to take it easy and just relax more.
I
also need to talk to you about the set i shared on MTS! i made this
weeks ago for my teen daughter as she is a twilight fan. I made a few
things at the time too. which i expect i will share them too.
Putting
the things on mts gives me the freedom to just share it and to not get
inundated with requests and without having to keep the forum going
when no one is there on the forum anyway.
I
also have shared plenty of things of various other
forums too, I have never been asked if i was closing lilacsims when i
did. Like i said these sets were made a while ago for my daughter. I
have a few more set;s of tee's i'm going to share on mts, BUT like i
said i'm NOT closing lilacsims yet, I stil have another year and a half
paid up!
I didn't feel like all the games and events
we were doing were worth the time, as we were only getting 1 or 2
people doing them and it IS alot of time to spend setting up games ,
contest's and events when there is little interest in sims 1 now. I may
still make a few things But it wont be as regular anymore, i doubt.
I maybe making more things for sims 2 in
my own time ,But not sure if it will be a full long term thing either.
I also have only just re-installed sims 1 after it was slowing my
computer right down , as i have now got more ram for christmas its back
on my computer. Again the same thing with sims 1 , not sure at the
moment if i'm going to be making things longterm, as I'm just taking it
easy. I also have a chest infection at the moment with flu, which i
have had since christmas eve. so it may not be for a few weeks anyway.
I
hope you all understand how ill i'am at the moment and as you can see
from my burn out symptoms I lose interest very easily at the moment,
depending on how depressed or stressed i'am.
I
do hope you all had a lovely christmas though and i wanted to thank you
all for your concern ,BUT i'm as fine as i can be at the moment, I just
need to take it easy. sometimes i don't even feel like moving let alone
going on the computer. so its a day to day thing at the moment .
